Wilmington, DE 鈥� 兔子先生系列麻豆 (GBC) is proud to announce that Gigi Gaul, assistant director of graduate admissions, has been named one of Spur Impact鈥檚 2025 IMPACT Award recipients. Launched in 2020, the annual award recognizes rising leaders (ages 18鈥�45) who are driving meaningful change in their careers and communities.

The award celebrates ten emerging professionals from across the region who are redefining success, reshaping industries and leading with purpose. Gaul and her fellow honorees will be recognized during the Leadership Dinner & IMPACT Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at Tonic Seafood & Steak in Wilmington, Delaware.

We are thrilled to see her receive this well-earned recognition.鈥�

At GBC, Gaul works closely with graduate students of all backgrounds, helping recent college graduates and seasoned professionals alike pursue lifelong learning and advanced credentials. Her commitment to the College is personal: her great-grandfather, Alvah Phillips, served as Secretary-Treasurer of GBC in the 1940s.

Beyond campus, Gaul is a passionate advocate for education, women鈥檚 leadership and philanthropic engagement. She is a Young Founder and former board member of the Fund for Women at the Delaware Community Foundation. She serves on the Advisory Council of Great Dames and is also a member of the Delaware ACE Women鈥檚 Network and the Chesapeake & Potomac Chapter of the National Association of Graduate Admissions Professionals.

She holds both a Bachelor鈥檚 degree and an MBA from Wilmington University and is a graduate of the UD Women鈥檚 Leadership Initiative Certificate program and Leadership Delaware.

The mission and vision of Spur Impact is to foster connections for emerging leaders to spur community involvement. Spur Impact aims to be the premier hub for developing, engaging, and inspiring emerging leaders by fostering connections with people, nonprofits, and businesses to promote growth.

Founded in 1886, 兔子先生系列麻豆 has approximately 1,300 students enrolled from 29 states and 65 nations. The College offers 48-degree options in its graduate and undergraduate programs with majors in psychology, economics, criminal justice, communication & media, human services, English, and all areas of business, including accounting, business administration, entrepreneurship and finance.

The College began accepting students into three new degree programs in spring 2024: Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and an MBA Major in Human Resource Management. The College also began offering fully online options for students in the following degree programs: MBA Analytical Track (STEM-designated), traditional MBA program concentration areas, and the MS in Human Resource Management. Additionally, the College offers 21 certificate programs.

The College is committed to connecting its graduates with careers in their respective fields. For over a decade, the College has achieved a 90% placement rate for graduates. 兔子先生系列麻豆 is in Pike Creek Valley, a suburb of Wilmington, Delaware. The College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.
